You mean that your tour guide did not tell you when you crossed over the border into Canada? I'm surprised that the long line to get back into the US was not a clue for you.

Seriously? Americans that consider themselves to be Canadian? I highly doubt it. Where did you visit? Somewhere close to the Canadian border, perhaps, where lots of Canadians were actually visiting America?
I live right outside Washington, DC but grew up in Wisconsin, and I have friends in at least 12 other states, and I don't know ANY Americans who consider themselves to be Canadian.

You know, as an American, I have to say that I consider myself an Anglophile and that I enjoy British humor. After all, Britain has had a long line of comedic geniuses, such as Noel Coward, P.G. Wodehouse, Benny Hill, Eddie Izzard, and Billy Connolly. Unfortunately, though, the genius seems to have skipped you entirely!
Can't you come up with something a bit more original?

we don't learn lots approximately Canada....often because of the fact Canadians do no longer seem to have lots drama...we learn with regard to the drama filled international places....Like i've got spent 2/3 of my 2d semester discovering with regard to the middle east in one in all my instructions. i do no longer think of Canadians stay in Igloos, We in no way...properly I in no way see any photographs on it on the television so its variety of stressful to understand precisely what curiously like there without doing my own examine.

Sidney, in Florida, we are overrun with Canadians in the Winter months. We call them 'snow birds'. They spend their Winters here and return home when the weather is nice. :)

You should have traveled more in the good ol' US of A and talked with more people. I've never heard anyone claim that.
