Family Force 5 is my favorite christian band but it all depends on what kind of music style you like.

the possibilities are endless there's more christian music out there for everyone than there was four years ago and it just keeps getting greater.

DC Talk was the best band ever.
Since they've gone their seperate ways Toby Mac is pretty high up there for a solo singer.
Best group right now I think is Casting Crowns.

Mercy Me is an awesome band and would be my #1 pick
Third Day is also great.
Solo--would have to say well, Watermark -- a husband/wife duo but he mostly writes and plays guitar and she sings.(Nathan and Christy Nockles.)
Another greats soloist is Jeremy Camp.
I do have a couple of Kirk Franklin's cds though--he is awesome and have listened to Fred Hammond too.
