I work in a large retail store and most stores have an exchange or refund within 28 days policy on unopened products. Like our store though there is something called managers discretion where if the product is current line and is in the box as new then they will usually give you an exchange or possibly a refund if you have the receipt. Its worth a try.

Take the reciept along and just say that you you decided against this particular pram and that it's unused. You shouldn't have a problem.

If its past 30 days then and have a reciept, if you're lucky they'll take it back and give you an exchange. Different shops have different attitudes though, they dont have to give you a thing.

most stores have a 90 day return policy. call them and see what theirs is. if you still have the receipt it shouldn't be a big deal, but if you don't they might give you store credit. the worst that could happen is they say no.

Have you still got the receipt? As long you haven't assembled it, I think you can change it or get your money back. You won't know unless you try!!

Nothing - they are under no obligation to change it or refund you.
Your only hope is that you can plead with their nicer side (doubtful) or you can say it is faulty - even then, they may just offer to have it repaired.

Say it as it is. They are a resonable shop and likely to exchange/refund or give you a voucher.
They have no legal obligation to do this.
