Those people are so pushy about that thing, that it really became disgusting.
Can you believe this, there are people from Sarajevo and other places from Bosnia, muslims, who are really irritated with this Srebrenica issue. Those Srebrenica people act like they were only victims in war, like they deserve to become place with divine status or something. They refuse any kind of financial help from RS Government, and their only goal is to make propaganda about their victims (there is heavy manipulation with them by muslim politicians). They lost their sue against Serbia, so they are now up to Holland. The best solution for them would be that they all move to Sarajevo, or some other city (president of Srebrenica municipality, a muslim, live in Sarajevo. He steal money from international help, from it's own people, and built house in Sarajevo. He and many others), 'cause it seems that is their only goal. Srebrenica was the end of the world, in every sense, even before the war, it is now and it always will be.
I feel sorry for victims, but I don't feel sorry for those who want to make propaganda about their own victims, who want to make atmosphere of the war, who openly spread their hate towards Serbs and they think that they can point out that question every time, whenever is there talk about any issue. Not to mention that they got apologizes many times, which they don't accept (serbian victims never get anything).
So let them try with Holland now, they must continue with their propaganda.

I'm not quite sure what the question is but assuming the person's question is will the Bosnian Muslims win a case that blames the Dutch for Srebrenica I would hope the answer is no. However, based upon their propaganda machine workings of the past 15 years I'd say that they could put forth a case blaming the Dutch for Christ's crucefixion and win. This would especially be true if the Monkey trials that have been ongoing in The Hague would follow their historical political form.

It seems that in the recent Balkan wars the Muslims can never be found guilty of their own crimes because they have no responsibility for their own actions i.e. the Bosnian Military deserting their people to defend their own town without adequate munitions and taking most of the provisions when they ran like the cowardly rabbits they were. Then when the towns boys and men, who were left to defend for themselves were slaughtered because the assaulting Serbs were bent on retribution for the Gencocide/Ethnic Cleansing of the Serb villages that surrounded Srebrenica, then the Muslim's bring out the media and the wailing towels.

The truth finally was brought out in the media not ruled by the West, of what truly happened in that area. The people who are guilty are the Muslim politicos who were in charge at that time, the leadership of the US, Great Britain and Germany who were the orchestrator's of the whole Unholy War that occurred.

It would actually be quite difficult, if not impossible, to win their case. I'm not a legal expert, and don't know the type of law being applied in this particular court, but according to Anglo-Saxon law, they'd have to find a precedent. Again, I'm not aware of any such case, so I'd put their chances of winning the case as quite, quite low.

In fact UN troops had no chance to do anything facing overpowering paramilitary Serbs units and regular army, supported by T-72 heavy tanks, 122-mm howitzer units (best artillery for the mountain regions and air support. It was a pre-organized tragedy, the French general-commander in chief of the operation asking 7(!!!) times for anti-tank helicopter support, and getting none! Someone was very eager to see direct clash between orthodox Serbia and catholic/protestant Europe on the Muslim topic of Srebrenica. It was avoided at the price of thousand civilians being butchered. In similar case as a rule the real guilty ones remain in shadow; perhaps Bosnians will agree on compensations, paid by the UN/EC, i.e all of us, the tax payers. Puppeteers may even make some extra cash out of it. "Questa la vita"!

It seems to me the Dutch were acting in accordance with rules and orders from the UN. I'd say their beef is with the United Nations and not the Dutch. But that is like blaming the Police for the crime. It was the Serbs that killed them and not the UN or the Dutch for that matter.

I hope so.

The Dutch troops behaved in a cowardly manner and allowed thousands of people who were under their protection to be killed. Their actions brought great shame and discredit upon themselves, their service and their nation.

Can any of you imagine US soldiers backing down to some thugs when they are protecting civilians?
