yes. do the crime, pay the consequence. she's very lucky the judge split her sentence in half. if she was a normal person, just your average person, there's no way the judge would have been that lenient on her. just goes to show that even though she does go to jail for this, she's not treated like everyone else is. why would you drive on a suspended license twice and say you didn't know your license was suspended? that's stupid. the 1st time she was pulled over for driving under the influence, and she just automatically assumed she would get away with it because she's paris hilton. sorry, but the world doesnt work like that. and so what if she appeared to court on time. it doesnt mean she should get a lighter sentence over it. she should be glad she's only getting like 23 days in there instead of a normal sentence, which can last over a year. seriously, she really needs a wake-up call. i hope she gets one during this time

I cant wait until the day when Paris Hilton is just a distant memory.

Talk about a waste of humanity.

Shes a joke and has no idea.

Put her anywhere but in magazines. Ugh.

Yes, she should be in jail!! An average citizen would have been locked up a lot sooner. She needs to grow up and take responsibility for her actions.

She has so much money. WHY ISN'T SHE HELPING THE POOR? Why is she wasting her life on such foolishness? What a spoiled brat. She could be helping children, the elderly, animals, etc. What a foolish woman. She could be doing good works for the world.

If the rest of us went to jail, we'd never work another decent job again because nobody would hire us. If Paris goes to jail, it'll probably land her a talk show as big as Oprah's. Life is incredibly unfair.

What I wanna know is why her sentence was cut to less than a month, but more importantly, why she wasn't put in jail before this. maybe now we'll stop hearing so much about her on the news and actually be able to find out what's going on in the world.

Yes- but even though she makes it sound like it will be soooo hard and that she is being treated like everyone else, you know that isn't true. If they were to treat her like everyone else she wouldn't be in solitary confinement and have to see for herself what REAL women think of her and all the crap she has done. Maybe then she'd grow up and learn her lesson before she kills someone. I don't care who the person is your an iddiot if you get in a car after drinking!

I don't understand why everyone is hating on Paris Hilton? What has she ever done besides start dumb catch phrases and be very spoiled? I mean, I don't think she deserves all the animosity everyone slings at her.

costs from the Petition letter to Arnold Schwarzenegger: "She provides wish for young infants everywhere in the U.S. and the international." each and all the greater reason of her to do the time, teaches young infants that in case you do the crime you do the time. "We, the yank public who help Paris, are bowled over, dismayed and appalled by utilising how Paris has been the guy for use as an occasion that inebriated driving is misguided. we don't help inebriated driving or DUI expenses. Paris would desire to have been sober. yet she shouldn't flow to reformatory, the two." would not that fact contradict itself? shouldn't remember who you're in case you probably did the crime you will desire to do the time. ask your self in the event that they're going to placed a seat on the lavatory for her?... lol

Yes, I think she should be thrown in with the general population and hopefully big momma martha or some crazy *** prison woman like that would toss her around a little hahaha. If it was me i'd be thrown in jail for months probably. They treat celebrities like queens man they get by with ANYTHING. it's stupid, this whole world is just CRAZY

Ya know what they say,
"Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!"

I wish her well in jail and hope that she learns a thing or two! She'll probably just end up making money on it by selling her diary that she keeps while she'd in there or making some cheesy movie about it.
