The God may be having certain basic formulas on which He may be creating all living creatures. If it come within the reach of human being will it be benificial to humen kingdom. If country like America got the power of creating living creatures what will be the new direction of living being on the earth ?

I think you are talking about cloning. & Man has cloned animals, but not a person yet. All funding for the research of cloning humans has been cut off because the pitiful humans are scared to play god.

Of course it will be beneficial! The life forms currently living on the planet evolved over a billion years of random mutation and selection. The result is quite impressive, but far from perfect. The human body has many "design flaws," as do most other life forms.
Once we have the technology, we will certainly use genetic engineering to our benefit (e.g. preventing cancer, extending our life span, increasing strength, etc).

Leonardo Da Vinci came upon something like this. It is called the divine proportion. Supposedly it is constant in all living things. I think it is something like 1.63.... something.
