I do. There's this one girl or lady if you will, who is roughly 30 years old. She is pregnant with her second child, and it irks me. Why? She constantly tells everyone she can't do anything but stand around because it could affect her 'condition'. Okay, well fine, I understand. I do, really. BUT, when she just gets paid for an eight hour day of talking to people without helping customers and things like that, is it fair or right that she's even working?!!! she never helps me out, and when I mention it to my boss, the boss lady never does a damn thing. What irritates you about YOUR coworkers?

I work with a girl who's taking a month off right now to go on vacation! A whole month!!!!!!! So I have to work double hours every other day to make up for her not being there. And I also work with a lady who will have this BIG fakey smile as she talks to the customers and then as soon as they leave she turns around and says "That person was so annoying." to me. And her car is an ultimate pig sty! It has so much junk in it you can't even get in the back seat. ARGH!!!!!! IT"S GROSS!!!!

Say something under your breath but yet she can hear you,
"gee, I should get pregnant, so I don't have to do a damn thing and get paid for it."

Your boss really doesn't have a leg to stand on,
THOUGH, he could cut her hours. Seen it done many of times. The reason for that would be because this person cannot preform her duties.

By law, you can not discriminate against pregnancy.

A fellow manager of mine is so lazy that she sits in a chair all day, sipping her coffee and reading the newspaper while she calls people to her so that they can answer the phone. I am 9 months pregnant, and since we work at a fast paced restaurant, my doctor requires that I sit on a stool. Whenever I get up to get anything, magically she ends up on my stool by the time I get back. I mean, I do ten times more moving than she does. And my general manager, wow. He will leave and go get napkins, then come back four hours later empty handed. We all know he is going to the casino. And my employees...not even going to go there.

Even pregnant women should pull their weight in the workplace. Pregnant nurses sure do and that is very hard work!!

when one person slacks off it is hard enough for the others to handle the slack but when two or more slack off it is impossible to get the necessary work done.

Ya, I'd have to say laziness. And complaining. Lots of whining and complaining about having to do things that are their j-o-b.

I guess I didn't realize that being "pregnant" was a condition.
