Yes I know Alcoholics need rehab etc. but I am talking comparing you sober vs. drunk are you depressed,angry, whatever your behavior change and monitor the change also a driveing study why do you not remember your ABC's and what is with that whole your judgement is impaired? I want to see facts and brain data on the behavior changes.

There are psychologists who are addiction specialists and they treat alcohol and drug abuse. I think it would be good to narrow down your interests to a specific area such as addiction.

There are many studies of cognitive impairement. It's not a specific field, although it probably could and should be. Of course there are psychlogists who study addiction, but I don't think that's what you're asking about.
There are MRI's that show the deminished capacity of certain brain areas due to alcohol and this is shown, both short term (when a person is drunk)and long term (a sober alcoholic)
