Greg Chapel could not take us to super eights where Bangladesh and Ireland qualified.
As a coach he has done his job for which he was hired.
Winning could have done a lot good to His own carrier as a coach and the Lions could have got him this achievement If the ICC and the poor umpiring did not help Aussies to win the cup.
Chapel was a better coach than tom but to win it is a team performance.

Nothing! This is professional sports and there is no place for any 'feelings'. They are not going to think any thing in particular. Moody coaches them well, on the field the players play well on the field and they reach the finals, that's all.

hey bro.... there is nothing like a srilankan feeling good or bad for a australian coach getting them to the final because a coach does his job without looking at cheatingly helping his team and giving it his 101% for the team he coaches and so the saying goes work is worship

tom's best quality was he didn't ask lankan players to ,
use any banned ...anything,
though he is from your state Victoria
and Oz citizen
he did his job exeptionaly well.

Srilankan can't be thankless in that regards i think ! and i m sure becuase my best friend in real life is Srilankan and
She has high opinion about their coach ! can't say about all the Srilankans !!
