I need to get Non-impediment Certificate in India for my marriage in Brazil. Can you tell me where and how.?

In case you have to marry any foreigner outside India what all you need is to go & contact the India Embassy in that country, file a notice for marriage under the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 with the marriage officer/registrar who is usually the officer/Counselor in the Embassy, after expiry of one months notice you get married there itself & issued a marriage certificate to this effect. Such a marriage & its certificate are valid not only in that country itself but also in India & need not to go through any other form of marriage either there or here in India. All information with regards to such marriage you get from the Embassy itself, only necessary conditions for such marriages are, age of the parties (18years for girl & 21 years for boy), mentally fit condition, not related to each other under the degree of prohibition & both should be unmarried at the time of marriage, the person to whom you marry should not be bound by any law of the country that oppose such a marriage with any foreigner. These are the only conditions which I hope you will be fulfilling & hence eligible for this marriage. As far Non-impediment Certificate you are being asked to produce is with regards to your being satisfying all these very conditions, but if you approach the India Embassy they will not ask for all such certifies but only proof of all these conditions which your Passport itself is sufficient proof of your age, identity, address, & your marital status, so just go by this procedure which is much simpler & uncomplicated.
