I am not into the god and holy thing. but OK with the big bang..and we came from soup.. etc. but when i die have i got to have the church and holy stuff be part of my exit from life..?
i don't want to be burnt or buried.
i would like to be put in a stone cask and housed.
and let the elements fizz me out.
do i have any say..?

You don't have to have anything you don't want, and, supposedly, whatever you write into your will as your last wishes should be honored.. Of course, that's all dependent on how much money you have to influence who ever is in charge of your final wishes.
As for God and the Holy thing, well, that's also your prerogative, but, when ya get on down to hell, make sure you say hello to satan for me, because, I'm going the other way.

From Diust you came and to Dust you shall return whether you like it or not....There is only two ways to go when you leave this earth and that is either up or down the choice is yours...so long as you can(still) say what you want done with your remains...if you go up then it is in the Smoke form and if you go down your dropped in a hole...which is where most of us are now (in a hole)thats why we wanna have a say about where we wanna go before we get where we dont wanna go...ok

not sure what your local requirements are. you can pretty much say in your will how you would like your body to be disposed of. of course, your relations might object but at that point, it wouldn't make much difference to you. but the bottom line is local customs, traditions and health laws will come into play regardless of your intentions. maybe a lawyer would be a good person to clear this up for you.

Good question. Why not pop into your local undertakers and ask them. They would know what rules are in place for your town/county, and make sure it is written in your will and you have mentioned it verbally to your executors, as this could be something they feel uneasy to deal with.

Leave a will and stipulate your wishes. The law should guarantee your dignity and these wishes.
