Some people don't have any problems with Implants. Then there are people like me, who have lots of problems.
I have a friend who has had Implants for 20 years. She has never had any problems and still has the original set with her.
I had to have mine removed after 6 months, then again 5 years later. Then about 3 or 4 years again.
With the first operation I got a staph infection in one of them.
Had to have it removed, then 3 weeks later I had them redone.
Those ruptured and I didn't realize it at the time it happened.
It was about 5 years later (after they ruptured) that I had another operation to have them removed and redone.
The last time I had to have them removed. It was because a mammogram showed they were ruptured again!. So had to get those removed and new implants once again. However the implants hadn't ruptured, as I was told. What showed in the mammogram was silicone that was in my tissues from the previous rupture and they did not get it all, even though I was in surgery for 5 hours!
If I had know what I know now, I never would have done it in the first place..
Anyway, it doesn't matter what company or Doctor does it. It all depends on the manufacturer of the implants and your body. Hope this information helps because there really isn't a good answer to your question.

Personally I would not use any company that is out of the country.

They say they are cheaper, BUT, think of the costs.

Passports
Airfare
Hotel Reservations
Rental Car
Food and drink
Hospital and surgery fees

There is also the point that you should NOT be flying after surgery for at least a month.

Then, what happens if you happen to have complications?

What if the doctor was negligent? How much red tape would you have to go through in order to get rightfully compensated for another country's doctor's negligence.
