Well I don't know about you but I'm living in the 19th century, but Queen Victoria did look a bit unwell the other day, so the Empire might start to collapse. I'll give it 56 years, don't trust those Germans

What British Empire? It doesn't exist now.How can you ask a question of what the future holds about a century that has already passed. The last sentence of your question as to whether people will still enjoy asking questions of each other in a hundred years from now ,I hope they will ,and that a lot of the worlds problems that are so prominently aired at this time are will have been peaceably resolved by then and that disease and poverty much reduced from what it as today.

The whole world seems doomed! At least the fact that we seem to ask other people questions means we are still interested in others opinions! Thankfully. Or am I just hoping that we have some concern for each other?

Those Germans are likely to kick up a fuss, no doubt. And at some point the fuzzy-wuzzies are lieky to want their jungle back.
Up the Empire!
