I'm planning to build a system. I was thinking of getting a full tower case because the extra room helps circulate air better and thus run cooler. Is this worth it? I don't plan to do SLI or over-clock my CPU. Is there any benefits to running "cool"?

If you're not planning on doing anything that would make your hardware be in any danger of overheating, then no, not really. It might make the room you're running it in not be so hot.

If you're going to leave it on all the time as many people do now-a-days, then you might want to go ahead and go with that full tower, leaving it on all the time can get quite warm.

DEFINITELY!!!!!!!!!! Running cool keeps your pc running fast. Overheating is the #1 problem to pc part failure. You are doing the right thing to get a better cooling solution. If you don't want that huge size then get a Ultra Aluminum Case. This case was designed to be light, stylish, and with better cooling. For even better performance get copper cooling fans for your CPU and Hard Drive. Or if you are a maniac get a water cooling system! All of these can be found at www.tigerdirect.com. good luck!

If you are planning to keep your pc for long than i suggest you get a better cooled system, its worth it, at least you wont have to worry about the chips getting fried soon....
