pressing down stress means living a simple life. The world is noisy and it offers a lot of unneccesary work/things. we are consumed by the strends and dictates of the world and we forget to seek peace in us. Know the source of your stress. Do deep breathing if you are stressed. Have proper posture. So not read newspaper with bad news. Go to your roof and appreciate the vastness of the universe and the stars. Appreciate the flowers in your garden. Have 8 hours sleep. Eat healthy foods. Listen to soft music ( try instumental music) Spend only two hours in TV. Forgive yourself, forgive others. If you hate God, forgive him. ALways give thanks for so many blessings, like the gift of sight, hearing,,,,Try emersing your self with nature and the Creator. Jesus said, " Peace I give to you. Not the world gives but I give.

That depends on what you consider living BETTER lives.... He acts according to your belief and faith. If you don`t have any, he don`t act for you. So in reality for you non-believers, You are right, He doesn`t exist.. 1 John 2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. "He that is: OF God, hears God's Words; you therefore hear them not because, you are not of God". - Jesus ...(Jn.8:47) Contrary to popular belief, We did not get a packet of *INSTANT HOLY* and a bottle of * INSTANT GOD`S KNOWLEDGE* the second we decided to follow God. We all have lessons to learn here on earth. Some take a bit longer to learn. Being born a natural being we are subject to natural law. This body will fade and fail. However The supernatural supersedes the natural by far.. The only REWARD you will get, is the external one you already have.. Our rewards are waiting for us and we will have these rewards for all eternity. While your rewards will blow away once you meet with your maker.. This life is only a moment in the big scheme of things. Like a blink of the eye. Your external rewards will be gone.. Mine will last for the rest of eternity.. I have peace like nothing you can understand.. No matter what... I am at peace. I have a good life and I am blessed in the city, blessed in the fields, blessed going out and blessed coming in..
