its not about being ashamed, i feel that i can't really cry my heart out with others coming and tell me to stop cry and when they hug me. sometimes i really need to cry and make my mind up, so that;s why i lock myself in the bathroom and cry away.

Generally yes. I cry alone but if the grief overwhelms me I cry in front of really close people too..........
