Everybody has special needs. Paris Hilton's just getting more of it than others. Hahaha. I don't think she should be. But what can we do? She THINKS she's "special."

Maybe she can get Marthas' old digs or hire someone to scratch her siggy on the wall of *cough* stars. Free manicures for the warden in exchange for special favors. She will be put there (special needs unit) no matter what ,she would be eaten alive with out her makeup. That alone quailfies her.

Yes, because like it or not, she is a celebrity,and a celebrity must be put in a special needs unit to protect him or her from the general population of the jail.

"special needs" is actually the protective custody unit (PC). That is where the child molesters are being placed or others with bad behavior or other problems to protect them from general population. It is not going to be fun for her there either.
