A very good chanve to get a girl pregnant from PRe-ejaculate as well as full ejaculation. If you do not want an unwanted pregency, use a comdom.

Pre ejaculate also contains sperm. All you need is one of those swimmers to get through and fertilize an ovum for pregnancy to take place.

High enough to use a condom all the time, every time.
If you are asking if you should run to the pharmacy for the "Morning after pill", I don't know, they are kind of expensive if you don;t need them, (but a huge bargain if you do need them) I have heard a doctor on the radio say yes, but I am not a doctor and I don't know.
