The 30% of the amount per night (does not include the Y class flight from Hong Kong to Dubai) will cost me HK$65,520.00 + I have a roommate who pays the 70%, that means he/she has the prority to use the facilaties (at least I think it in that way!).

Thanks for the invitation, however, if I have that budget, I would spend it going to alone Japan or spend a week in Europe (London, Florence, Venice, Paris, Nice, Amsterdam,... Copenhagen, Stockholm... anyone of them would be nice!)

I would never take a holiday in Dubai, let alone spend $28,000 for a night in a hotel (even if someone else is paying).
