Enroll in a group piano class offered at an Adult Evening School, junior college or university. And when you become more advanced, look for a private piano instructor which can often be a foreign exchange piano student who is willing to exchange piano lessons [from them] for English lessons [from you]. Placement of a wanted notice at on-campus bulletin boards will often bring results. And look into renting a player piano [not an electronic one] so that you will enjoy the full sounds from an acoustic instrument. Learning on your own via instructional books does not work in the long run, since they do not provide enough feedback on proper hand positioning, pedaling, etc.

Good luck!
