What about me though! I didn't succeed in beating his weekly score and I lost two catergories on my Shiny Orange Badge, even though I gained one.

Y'all got it wrong, hun. The way you get the Orange banner is by having about 8-10% of BEST ANSWERS in a specific category. Thats why you have the Orange banner. Answering is good, voting is good, thumbs up are good. BUT best is truly best. Keep answering the BEST you can and you will get the Orange Banner, Chair Wizard. But Do take heart, many of the "Seven's" do NOT have the orange banner because they are diverse in many arenas.
