yes. mutants do exist not only among humans but also animals, insects, bacteria and viruses. mutants are organisms that are genetically altered. among humans, when a baby is born with features different from what a normal human being should possess, then this baby can be considered as a mutant. example, when one is born with three arms and not two. and these people do exist.
when we talk about viruses, there are mutated strains of viruses. example the bird flu or avian influenza. we have many mutants of this one kind of virus living. including H5N1 strain, H10N1 strain and manymany more!

Yes, mutant exist, but not like X-men or teenage mutant ninja turtles!! A mutant organism is basically one whose genetic constitution has been altered, which can happen either naturally (rare), due to external factors (like exposure to radiation). Sometimes artificial mutation is done for commercial purposes (in plants), like, say to increase sweetness of mangoes, or make redder apples.

we are here, we are waiting, and we are pissed. I can absorb the emotions of anyone within 1000ft of me. It makes going to the store very difficult. Sometimes I make you turn left when you wanted to go right...cause you were in my way. We do things like this all the time, and we recognize each other. We just don't Who-Ha! like humans do. We keep silent, and we wait. Your species is coming to an end, we're just waiting for it instead of fighting for it..
