I have been taking the cerazette pill for about a month and a half now and my period has so far been lasting 2 weeks. It has been way lighter than normal and i had thought it had stopped but now its just brownish discharge stuff. I have read other comments and people have said they had a prolonged period to begin with and then they had no periods at all so i am thinking about perservering with it and see what happens. Does anyone have any suggestions? or did people experience this or something similar whist on the Cerazette pill?

I have never done this particular birth control pill but from having tried others spotting is a common thing for a short time when adjusting to the pill for them. The brown discharge is just old blood.

Because of how long this discharge has been going on for I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what they say.

I take cerazette and that's worked severe high quality for me, yet some years in the previous i began out out having the contraceptive injection and that i did now no longer supply up bleeding for extraordinarily exceptionally much a twelve months, the nurse saved protecting to offer it slightly longer and it may style itself out regardless of the reality that it did now no longer, so i finished having the injection after 3 months and it took very exceptionally much yet yet another 9 for the end results of it to normalise. i could advise going back to the scientific docs and permitting them to understand that this pill isn't suiting you and changing to a distinctive one.

i have been on 7 different pills, each one with a bad effect, it took me a long time to get the right one... i had "spotting" in which you are having trouble with as well with some pills... in some cases it stops after about 3months, other times you need to change pills... i found that pills that were based more with oestrogen were better for me... good luck!
