Select the text that you want to change, or click Select All on the Edit menu.
On the Formatting toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.), point to Line Spacing .
If the Formatting toolbar is not visible, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Formatting.

Click the arrow next to Line Spacing , and then click 2.0.

this will double space your document

Highlight all your work and go to FONT, click on Character Spacing, On the Spacing box click DOUBLE. Or If you have a Line Spacing Box that'll help you.
