i just know it is
so im not going to be duped into leaving the house
without my coat,because of a little bit of sun in the sky
are you easily led by the weather programmes
into a false sense of security then getting a soaking by rain later on

I think you normally look at the type of clouds. I live in Nz not sure what normally happens in your place. If the sun is out it normally doesn't rain unless is the rainbow thing =(. If there are hardly any clouds, it ain't going to rain. But if it's very cloudly with sun is 80:20 that is going to rain. But no sun and just clouds i won't risk it.

Hee Hee. Spot the Brit. We're the ones dressed in layers, carrying an umbrella, with our sunglasses resting on top of our rain hats!
Better be safe, carry your coat and put your wellies in your bag, next to the sun cream.

I have bad knees and can tell you 2 days in advance if its going to rain. Weathermen dont know jack, they can make an educated guess thats all.

I'm close to Blackpool and it's sunny.

Doesn't hurt to carry an umbrella, as it'll keep ya dry. It's gonna be a warm day so you wont be cold

i usually go with how the weather has been over the last couple of days and what it is doing today.
