Why do kids get homework ?
I mean you pay the school to teach them but really you end up doing half their work for them. School work should be at school dont you think ? thats what you pay them for !!

So kids need more than 6 hours of school ? they can use their brains in other ways.

i dont do their homework for them.
My question was why do they get work sent home with them when we pay the school to teach them i think they do enough at school , kids gotta have a life outside school too.

Why are you doing the homewrok for them? School teachers deal with 20 plus kids in each class. If your child needs one on one attention, they often can't get it in school. It's up to the parents to fill in the gaps. Aren't you interested in the success of your children?
