It is an issue that needs to be addressed.
Republicans, usually the illegal employers ((not all) have a conflict with paleo Republicans of their own party. That is why nothing gets done.
It is another case of employers paying slave wages, while they pawn off the rest of the burden to us!
I am not for illegals. I am more opposed to those who criminally hire them.
Some Republicans don't seem to understand what will happen if illegal field laborers weren't here!

No amnesty. No allegedly cracking down on illegals and securing the border AFTER granting them amnesty (that will never happen). That's what their bill calls for. I am for ZERO amnesty. I support cracking down hard on illegals and the employers who give them work NOW and for securing out border NOW. Maybe set up a hotline in Phoenix and LA and other cities where you can report tips on human smuggling or drop houses.
Beckett you are a nutcase.

I don't have a real "position" in the situation.....but, I feel embarrassed to see the Mexican strikes..me being Latin....Because instead of trying to show U.s what it's like "a day without a Mexican" (is what some called it) They should be doing what they can about becoming a U.S citizen.♥
I agree with 10-t3

No to immigration reform. Enforce the immigration laws we now have on the books. Train state and local law enforcement agencies to inforce the immigration laws along with the Federal agencies. Secure our borders. Prosecute illegal aliens as they are criminals and deport them back to their country. The US should never submit to criminal demands!!!

Considering our past actions towards are Latin American neighbors and that we helped create the poverty that causes them to want to immigrate, amnesty is the very least we can do. We've been doing them dirty for more than a century and NOW we want to get all particular about right and wrong?

1. SECURE THE BORDERS.
2. ENFORCE RULES STRICTLY.
3. THOSE ALREADY HERE , CHECK THEIR CRIMINAL RECORDS AND ANTISOCIAL AFFILIATIONS, IF THEY HAVE ANY , DEPORT THEM ; IF NONE , CITIZENSHIP AFTER BEING IN THE COUNTRY FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS. THIS SHOULD ALSO APPLY TO THOSE WHO CAME IN LEGALLY , APPLIED FOR AMNESTY , WERE DENIED , AGREED TO GO BACK AND DID NOT.
