Yes, I was driving my tiny '90 Toyota Camry on the highway and a semi hit me. it tossed me all the way across 4 lanes of traffic and my car would have rolled if i hadn't hit the hill. (the upwards slant counter-acted the inertia) i woke up shaking and talking incoherently about water and shoes to the cop who happened to see the accident and the man who hit me. The back seat of my car was pushed so far forward that it broke my drivers and passengers seat off! I was only wearing the shoulder belt, thank god, or i would have at least lost my legs. They had to strap me to the back board and pull me out of a side window. This was all told to me by the men who were there to help me and who came to the hospital to make sure I was okay. I hardly remember any of it. To everyones surprise, my injuries were mostly torn back muscles and nothing broken or serious. They pumped me full of pain killers and muscle relaxers for the next 3 months so that i could be dopey and rest. they told me not to work or get up more than a few times a day and only if i had to. Thank god i was 17 and still living with my mom! Today I am 22 and the only residual effects are when its cold, or if i am under a cold draft which causes my back to knot up very quickly.

I was so loopy for weeks that i didn't really come to terms with the whole thing for awhile. But my poor mom and little brother.....they got a phone call from the hospital and they only would say to come to the hospital quickly, your daughter was hit by a semi.
she was so relieved when she saw me feeling fine and goofy in my neck brace, but broke down a few days later when we had to search for my belongings from the remains of my car. I guess she didn't realize how bad it was and how remarkably lucky i was until she saw the aftermath of what happened to my car.

totally surreal.

I have had quite a few in my life time.

1. I was prob around 8-10 years old and it was Christmas Eve. I was watching TV in my living room when I heard the fire alarm going off. Going to see what was going on I open up one the door to one of the bedrooms in my house to find it on fire. Came to be that my little brother stole my mom's lighter which lite up when you struck it into the room and put it under the bed to see the lights. The firefighters said that if it was a minute or two later my whole house would have burnt down.

2. I was driving to PA on Easter a few years ago. As I was driving on the NJ Turnpike it was raining and my front tires were just about bald (which I didn't know at the time) and once I passed the 65 mph mark I just about slide across 3 lanes of traffic. Thank god I know how to drive and handle situations like that.

3. When I was about 12 me and my dad were driving when a car thought he had the right way turned and hit the passenger front door where I was sitting.

4. Being given Penicillin as a kid only to find out I was deathly allergic to it.

Man what a fun filled life I live.

ive had a couple before, im suprised im not dead. when i was younger i started using hardcore drugs kind of early, like 14, 15, 16. by the time i was 16 i was so addicted to cocaine and meth i couldn't go one day without doing a gram or more. one night i had mixed a handful of stuff, i dont remember all that i took, i remember some pills, some meth, alcohol, and weed. it was early in the year cuz there was snow on the ground and it was cold as hell. i went to walk home but i didn't make it past my friends front yard. something happened and the next thing i remember im being carried to a car and im wrapped in a blanket. i was horribly sick and very incoherent. they brought me to the ER and the next thing i remember is waking up in the morning. they told me i should have been dead. at least i have good friends who cared more about me then someone finding out we were all on drugs. that was just a few months before i put myself into rehab.

When I was 14 (I'm 17 now) I was in a car crash. We were going over 100km on the open road, hit head on with a SUV. I suffered disc, vertibrae and ligament damage. I was told by the doctors and police that I should have been dead and I was also told i'd never walk again. But I can.

It was obviously very scary. Being 14 and thinking your life will be over is the most scariest thing.

The time when I slipped and fell and I almost hit my forehead on a nail facing up. If I didn't quickly move the nail out of the way with my hand, I would've been dead.
How was it like? Well, it simply sucked. I didn't like it, and I don't think there's anybody that would say "it felt good" or something like that(I think). I have more and that's one of the light ones. I just don't feel like wasting my time telling all of them since there's a lot.

I had an experience after much prayer after my mothers suicide, at her grave. I experienced her spirit in the form of a white mist around my knees. She was shown to me as young and joyful, ( no worries). Shocking to me as she was younger than I, and had a life of depression,. This really happened, and is a comfort beyond words.

every night and day i have one....do you ever feel your time to go is just so close like the hair's that rest on your skin.am not afraid of death only the agony of knowing am dying will consume.
that day only God knows and it's ironic because we humans can find cures for illnesses, build planes, sail the sea,but we still behave as if we will live forever (everything that breathes must perish).

In the Holy Quran God Say's in the 1st chapter that Muslims recite 25 times a day everyday of the year(in there daily prayers which occurs 5times a day).

the chapter Say's,

In the of Allah, lord of the worlds,(1)The beneficent, the merciful.(2)owner of the day of judgment(3)Thee (alone)we worship;thee (alone) we seek for help,(4)show us the straight path,(5)the path of those whom thou hast favored.(6)not (the path) of those who earn thine anger nor of those who go astray.(7)
