An Embarrassing Question about my Female Assistant...?

I have instructed her not to come in “Low Necks” to the organization which shows a good amount of cleavage, but she never cares. On Saturdays, she comes banging, dressed as if going to a bikini competition. I have found this a bit disturbing when I am working and I want her to change her way of dressing.

She also smiles at my inability to admire her. She also makes fun of my age(22) and says that I am different from the other guys. I think I've got my sexual apparatus inside my head. I am a professional and I like the way, I am.

I coudn't fire her coz she has my Boss's personal attention. Any ways to get her out? Please help me!!!

I have been harping and harping in her ears. It's of no use. I coudn't complain her coz, she's my Boss's favorite(Wonder why?!?!). I have also loaded her with all sorts of work. But she never takes up the job and compains to my boss that I am giving too much pressure for her.

Now, If there be one, show me the way.

Let her be. Chances are she is over compensating because her professional talents are lacking. She is well aware of this. Although she may be receiving a great deal of the wrong kind of attention - she will not be considered where you have to put the money where your mouth is, professionally speaking. You will only look sour by complaining about her if it occurs more than once.
Now, in the event she is very knowledgable and is an asset to the company - you may want to hide your displeasure in the event she climbs that corporate ladder faster than you. The fact that you stated she makes fun of your age tells me the ladder is not likely.

I think being a professional you have to work on it. There is no other way round. In professional life you have to face lotz of challenges, do not let this type of issues pull you down. You have already made it clear to her you don’t like her dressing style. You can tell her that she does not know how to dress in a corporate environment. Don’t be very harsh, just made it clear that this is not the right way. And just leave it too that. Try not to react at all and just be indifferent. Behave as if she does not exist for you and you do not notice her at all. I know it needs lotz of will power but you have to deal with it. I think this is just the beginning of your professional career and try to concentrate at your work. Do not quit your because of some other person’s vulger dressing style. ( if you get better opportunity then it is different)..

For someone who's unable to admire your co-worker, you sure have spent a lot of time checking her out...("On Saturdays she comes dressed as if going to a bikini competition...") Let's face facts, .you're a man and you find her distracting. Ask to be transferred to a different office or start looking for a new job. She likes the attention, even negative attention and she isn't going to change. You have to be the one to change your surroundings.

If this issue is disturbing you sweetheart you have to take this to human resource/personnel and raise it as a complaint.

Some girls are like this but like you I maintain a professional approach at work especially in the way I dress but I must add I am also same in my presentation when i go our on an evening, at the end of the day this girl wants the kind of attention she doesn't get from you and she will always dress in this way, my moto is if you dont like it dont like people oggling your assets dont put them on show and I'm afraid it works both ways if you dont like looking dont look, ignore her!!

She's obviously trying to prove something to herself, like how attractive she is. The more you speak to her about it the more encouraged she is; you're actually rewarding her behaviour. I see 3 possible solutions, or maybe all together. (1)Ignore her (difficult if the cleavage is a good one!). (2)Talk to the boss about the difficulty, tell him it is affecting the work environment and quality of work produced. (3) Tell her you don't mind her cleavage but prefer to see it in a different environment, not at work!

Maybe you can show he dress code documentation or make her sign some sort if she hasnt already. Just stay professional and tell her that her dress code isnt professional.
