Yeah they hire reccomended ex-members of the British Armed Forces to be used as cannon-fodder in Iraq, the Iraqi insurgents find them far easier to kill than regular troops.
They are not interested in any spotty 19 y.o "wanna be mercenaries".
They pay good money the trick is staying alive to collect it.
