I 've dream of falling but i never fell of my bed.

i had a dream i was flying, and the next thing i knew, i hit the floor on my left knee. it wouldn't've been so bad if my bed was low to the floor, but it was a 5 ft tall platform bed. yeah, knee surgery was a barrel of laughs. note to self...no more flying dreams.

No, I have never done that but I have answered the phone in my sleep before. The conversation went like this. hello on my end, caller says I'm calling to return your call, I say ok bye, and go back to bed to sleep. I woke up a few hours later and wondered if it was all a dream then I realized what I had done and called her back. She said she knew I was sleepwalking. It is the only time I know of that I did something while I was sleeping.
I don't know what happened in your case.
I dreamed that I had a ear/sinus infection once and looked for signs of having a problem within the next few days and found out I did indeed have this problem. The body does know what is going on and tells us sometimes.

I've dreamed that I was falling, but I never ended up on the floor. I have, though, found myself grabbing onto the posts on my bed trying not to fall anymore.

Yes, In my dream I fell of the overhang of the canyon and hit the ground, bounced once and woke up on the floor. I didn't die, like they say you do, if you hit the ground in the dream. At least I think I didn't die, did I?

I had them dreams at school and my body twitches so bad every one stares and laughs.i heard that many people dream that they fall, but never ever actually hit the floor in the dream, because if you actually hit it, you really die in real life. Thats when you hear when someone dies in their sleep.

Yeah, slept on a top bunk in the military for a while, and had the dream/impact. NOT a fun way to wake up.

I heard if you dreamed you were falling and didn't wake up before you hit the ground, you'll die in your sleep.
