Considering that Paris was flippant enough to drive drunk repeatedly, as well as on a suspended license, I doubt that she'll learn anything. Add on to that with Paris already lining up a ghostwriter to pen a book about her time in jail, her hiring a hairdresser just for her "prison walk", & her glamour shot mug shot, I really don't think she'll learn anything.
She'll come out not only smelling like roses, but with a claim to "street cred" because she spent some time in the slammer. Paris will still be popular, but never fear- Lindsay Lohan is intent on dethroning Paris as the queen of bad behavior, & since Lohan is younger (and has a somewhat less feeble claim on movie stardom) she'll soon succeed.
After all, Paris is starting to push 30, & we all know that in Hollywood a 30-yr old coke & party ho isn't even worth the $5 bill she rolls to snort her drugs with.

Who Cares...She's a spoiled brat, who'll probably never grow up anyways! She'll probably end up like Marilyn Monroe(Norma Jean). Maybe Elton John can write a song about her,if he is still around! Besides...some jail time will do her some good, why should she think she is above the law? There are people who spend a much longer time in "lock-up...than what she is getting, and for even Lesser Crimes! And you can almost bet that she'll be getting more preferential treatment as well,as opposed to what other inmates would get! This is what happens when you make a Celebrity out of a Mindless Bimbo!!!!

The very fact that shes been trying not to get into prison by hoping those petitions and Arnie would help seems to me that when she comes out she's going to turn over a new leaf.
It doesn't matter really, but its good to know that even superstars can be imprisoned. Her lifestyle wouldn't change thats for sure. It doesnt change for young celebrities. What would change is that she will not take things for granted, and perhaps be more cautious on what she does next.
Her career is in jeopardy and she knows that. Shes lost her reputation big time now. She will probably work on rebuilding that like Kate Moss did. We could probably see a new Paris Hilton after her term. Hopefully that is.

You're kidding, right??? Three weeks--that's all she's legally required to serve???? While anybody else would be looking at REAL serious jail and/or prison time??? Some role model Paris' has become, eh?
But maybe to the pampered like Paris, three weeks in jail maybe akin to six months to a year in the slammer. Maybe if she's a model inmate, they'll allow her a flat screen TV and a Internet access PC......NAAAAHHH!!!!
I wonder if Paris has visits lined up w/ her chichaua?

I feel sorry for her. Now wait ... before you get all hot and bothered!!!
She has never had to "work" a day in her life. Everything has been given to her. Sure, she works on a television show. But is that truly work?
Last week, I cleaned sinks. Washed underwear. Picked up dog poop in the yard. I'll BET that Paris has never done that.
This stay in jail will, hopefully, give her time to reflect upon her actions and time to consider what changes she needs to make to become more human.

I'm so stuck up with everybody hating Paris Hilton because she is rich, spoiled and never really done "real work" in her life. You know what? Those rich people sometimes are the saddest people and the one who have spiritual need the most. And you know what, JESUS LOVES PARIS HILTON!!You don't believe me. Read the Bible. JESUS ALSO LOVES PORNSTARS, DRUG DEALERS, RAPISTS, PSYCHOS, SERIAL KILLERS, ETC...
Is radical I know, but if you trully don't believe me, read the Bible.I think I like Paris Hilton and I feel sorry for her, because you can see in her eyes even when she is partying, the sadness of her soul.I hope someone tell her that Jesus loves her and she can change.I hope this time in jail serve a special purpose of meditation and teach her some humbleness. You learn that a lot in jail.Again, I really like her, she is very beautiful and charming. She can use that for the good of human race and God.
nuff said.

People need to stop wasting their time criticizing her! I think the world needs to cut her some slack! I think she deserves to go to prison. She did something wrong and now she needs to suffer the consequences, which she is doing. I think it will impact her life. I think she will finally realize that she isn't above the law which I think is something she needs to know. By the way, I am not a fan of hers but I think people are being too hard on her!

I think after prison, she'll have a designated driver so she can get drunk as she wants and still get home safe. She wont change much. But you know what, if her original sentence was evoked meaning the more time she had, then the more time she'll have to think about her actions and repeating would be out the question, cause it would be worse.

she will be the same as before. jail time is like a time-out for the spoiled and rich. she's not even there yet and they are making accomodations for her. i'm sure she will be so popular there. NOT, hence the special accomodations. not sure she will "bounce back" so quickly, but unfortunately, she will be back.
