You would have to make changes to its gearing ~~

yes they do, you'd need a handheld computer from club car to make it go faster, teh fastest they'll go is 19 MPH.

i woud guess the computer cuts it off at 15-20 mph, how could you make it faster???? tie it to a truck!!!
