Anyone handicapped. I am so fortunate to be able- bodied, to do the things I want. Even though so many are more than able to help themselves etc, I still will make myself available. Same goes for the elderly, little help with their groceries, a kind word to them, etc.

Guy nurses or caretakers, firemen, EMT technicians, guy elementary school teachers, and vetenarians.
And puppies who give you sad eyes and kittens who sleep on your tummy for warmth, and little kids who give their parents flowers on their birthday.
