Well, that's difficult. But since you have an 'or' in your question which is, 'a famous person' OR 'a person who has made a huge impact', it's easier. For 'a famous person', I would say Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance. Their songs are meaningful and give people hope in life. And he's also very artistic- he designed the artwork for all MCR's albums.
He may not be the most perfect person on Earth, but everyone has imperfections. And I like him for who he is inside.
