My neighbors called the cops because of loud noises?

My surround sounds on my comp is so full of bass, its making my neighbors call the cops when I'm watching a movie.

the voices are so soft and muttled,
but the music and the guns and the bombs and zombies.... they're all too damn loud!!!!

Do you know some Good equalizing software?

Is there some stand alone equalizing software out there that will cut the bass out, run constantly and with any sound app I want when ever I want?

Can't you just adjust the base down a bit? I complain about the beasts upstairs, they really should control their monster a bit better.

When the base is too high its not the sound but the vibration that is a problem to most of us.

Maybe something is wrong with the system.......you have to be able to adjust the base, if you can't something is wrong with it. Call the manufacturer.
