Yes, I do. It's your breast refilling with milk. Everyone feels a little different, but I get the same thing. My lactation consultant told me it's just refilling. The 'electric shock' feeling goes away after a few months.
I hope you consider continuing to nurse your child, it's the best possible food for your baby--even if it's just a few times a day.

I cannot say I understand what you are refering too - I am still nursing my 21 month old, although only 3 times a day.
However, I had a blocked duct that caused some horrendously weird feelings when he nursed. It was a sort of vacuum/pressurized feeling, sometimes felt like it was going through to my spine.
I would suggest talking to a Lactation Consultant, or your OB/GYN to make sure that you are having normal feelings and not an infection. Does it go away when you do nurse? If so, I'd recommend nursing a couple more times anyway (but I'd recommend nursing for longer for baby's health anyway).
Good Luck.

I have never had that sensation while nursing nor when the boys were weaning. Why the weaning? I would go back to nursing to see if that fixes it. Check for tenderness to the touch, redness or if the breast feels hot, you may be getting clogged ducts or infected ducts from the engorgement.

I've never heard of that or had that happen myself- you should definitely talk to a lactation consultant if you want to continue breastfeeding, they would be able to help you continue and be able to tell you what the electrical shock feelings are- & I hope you do continue, it's what's best for your baby.

I would have to say that you may have clogged ducts or you might be getting an infection. IF you start to feel "hot spots" in your breasts or see red lines or spots, go to the doc!!!
