A lie is a subset of the set of false statements, in which the utterer is aware that it is false at the time of his utterance.

Yes. A false statement is a statement that doesn't hold true. A lie is a statement told by somebody that is known to be false by the speaker. Mathematics deals with statements that are true or false, not "lies", because again lies need a person in the act, where as the logic of true and false statements rely only on strict logic.

There is also the case that somebody is telling a false statement without knowing it. This doesn't make the person a liar, just misinformed.

fake assertion: asserting something it relatively is assumed to be genuine, yet seems to be fake. Lie: asserting something is genuine, whilst understanding it relatively is not. reason.. right this is the priority with fake STATEMENTS AND LIES IN POLITICS. those human beings know all right what the version is and knowingly lie.. and if at any time they're 'found out'.. then they call it a faux assertion... so as that the primary public would not call them liars.. So, in essence. a faux assertion and a lie in politics, recommend particularly a similar ingredient.

a lie is an intentional error which is meant to deceive
