True or False: Breathing and respiration are the same thing. Explain completely!

it is false .... breathing is just inhaling and exhaling whereas respiration involves inhaling , thn transfer of the air we breathe through lungs to blood to all prts of body and coming back to lungs and thn exhaling it out again ....
