Breathing is part of the process of respiration, but not completely the same. Respiration includes everything from taking a breath to the exchange of gases in the blood and excreting the wastes.

As far as I remember there basically two types of respiration, internal and external. External Respiration is breathing, the intake of oxygen and the exhale of Carbon Dioxide. There is also Internal Respiration which is things like the transfer of oxygen into the blood and oxygen from the blood into tissue among other things which I can't remember

While they are similar, the two words do not mean exactly the same thing. One is the entire process of the breath coming in, the oxygen being filtered, and Carbon Dioxide being released, and includes all of the activity of the organs involved in the respiratory system. Breathing is just breathing in air and releasing carbon dioxide, not the entire process.

TRUE
The act or process of inhaling and exhaling; breathing. Also called ventilation.
The act or process by which an organism without lungs, such as a fish or plant, exchanges gases with its environment.
The oxidative process occurring within living cells by which the chemical energy of organic molecules is released in a series of metabolic steps involving the consumption of oxygen and the liberation of carbon dioxide and water.

false. breathing refers to the intake and exhalation of air while respiration is a process in cells that takes oxygen, glucose and water and produces CO2, water, and ATP. actually, this is me assuming that this is a biology question. if it's in reality not, then ignore the answer because cellular respiration then doesn't apply.

it is false both r nt the same.breathing involve respiration.
respiration is the process of exchanging 02 and co2 between organism and environment which utilize energy in from of ATP.
while in breathing inhalation and exhalation take place . the energy is nt use.
a single complete act of breathing in and out involve "30 respiration per min"

Nah it false.
That is because breathing is the taking in of oxygen for animals (while it's CO2 for plants) and the taking out of CO2 for animals (while it's O2 for plants.
Cellular respiration is one types of respiration and it occurs in both animal and plants for them to get their energy.

Cellular repiration is the conversion of glucose(from photosysthesis) + oxygen into energy+ water+ carbon dioxide (CO2)

Hope this helped :)
