Boy, that is alot to wonder about. You could be pregnant, you cannot get a positive test until at least 10 days after conception. With most birth control pills, you are not safe until you have taken them for at least 2weeks to 1 month. Birth control pills usually mimic the hormones of pregnancy to fool the body into not releasing an egg so some women have pregnancy symptoms when they start taking the pills. If you have had a UTI and/or a yeast infection, you may feel some abdominal cramping and it should be reported to your doctor.
In a nutshell, you have no way of knowing. Go to the doc and lay the whole business on the line. Good luck.

As for symptoms, cramping isn't usually a sign of pregnancy. The sickness could be but it is also a symptom of stress, a UTI, a yeast infection and could be from taking new birth-control pills.

You aren't suppose to take the bc until you have your period because it makes your body think you are pregnant. You may be getting ready to have a really bad period. I just got off of bc and I had my period for two weeks with lots of cramping. Yeast infections are a sympotom of pregnancy unless you have recently taken antibiotics. Get a real pregnancy test not an otc and see what it says. The spotting could have indicated the phetus planting itself to the wall.

Just wondering, if you actually listened to your doctor or read any of the inserts that come with your birth control. Reason being becuase antibiotics lessen the effectivness of the birth control pill, and they can cause yeast infections as well. Have fun picking out baby furniture...

50/50, your meds for the uti could render birth control useless and you need to be on it for a month before its effective. you take tests is how you know, from the doctor or whatever. sounds to me like you are a mess.
