Yah, I saw it. In a 50mm telescope with a 1.5 degree field of view and no finderscope and a plastic lens, with an already shaky mount which is now missing it's locking screw so you have to hold onto it so it doesn't fall down, and is so short you have to brace it on a chimney to use, in a sky with a limiting magnitude of 2.5 How was your night?

Good question! I keep forgetting to look. This is a rare chance to see an asteroid with your naked eye. Just above and to the right of Jupiter, magnitude 5.2. Watch it move against the starry background from night to night.
