This is a genuine question, not a cover for a McCann bashing session!!!

I frequently read the plea to 'leave the McCanns alone as they already feel guilty enough/will have to live with the guilt for the rest of their lives' etc.

But what is it that makes you come to this conclusion? Why is this what you think? We have all seen the same footage/interviews/newspapers and so on and yet there are two distinct camps of opinion. The Anti McCann camp tend to quote the McCanns themselves and point to visible actions to support their case, whereas from what I have seen their supporters tend to go with an emotional response which has no value in a reasoned debate... I'm prepared to listen and to re-assess my opinion if presented with reasoned argument and facts/opinions based on observation and sources, so how about starting with this question?

Thank you for your reasoned response Faith

I would agree with you that Kate McCann does look strained and drawn, although that is perhaps more indicative of worry than of guilt... nevertheless she obviously IS suffering.

Get this please.
NO ONE supports Madeleine's parents in leaving their babies alone. But everyone should support them in what they think is best to get their baby back & channel their minds positively towards creating awareness for missing children.
They will be charged with neglect for sure & are facing (worse for them their Madeleine is facing)
the worst possible punishment. You want to hound them for leaving the babies, do it...if it makes you happy & proves a point to other irresponsible parents. But passing cheap comments on the way Mrs.McCann clutches at CuddleCat,
& what they wear & what they do & how/why/when they met the Pope & their every single gesture, expresssion & twisting their comments does not make for an objective
debate but just a cruel witchhunt.
This does not make me a McCann Supporter. All is say is don't kick them when they're down. If we disagree with their course of actions on how best to their baby back, i truly think they are doing WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST to get Madeleine back (regardless & inspite of their motives being analysed & questioned). As for why i believe that they know they guilty of leaving the babies along, is just one look at Mrs.McCann's face. She looks broken & drained & steeped in misery. How can anyone presume otherwise is beyond me.

The info are those: somebody stole the youngster. this is the only rationalization why I "help" the McCann's. i'm a parent, i will think of how they experience. this is it. actual, you're incorrect. i'm no longer a choose, and that i think strongly that if there is something to return out, it is going to. till then, i don't experience that i could prefer to function to somebody's misery by using choosing over each and every assertion, reading into each and every circulation or judging each and every action. tell me, do you incredibly think of that the anti-McCann's are helping by using asking if the McCann's killed their new child? offered her? Do you incredibly think of that the shortcoming of a youngster might desire to be the region of a "reasoned debate" by using all people different than the government who've get admission to to each and all of the help. Who paid your revenues to look into? regardless of happaned to "harmless till proved responsible"? this may well be a path by using cyber web. the uncomplicated info are those: a new child grow to be abudcted. stick to the info. this is a horrendous crime.
