Wrong!i went to fireworks megastore in texas and bought some fireworks they didnt care!about 3-4 years ago

Well, that depends on you're definition of fireworks. Things like firecrackers, roman candles, etc. I'd say you'd have to prove your age. But things like snaps, party poppers, and sparklers are sold at retail stores without them really checking your age.

Whatever store you bought them at, they should be sued. Most places, in the US, you must be 18....that includes those little snap things that you throw onto the ground!

yeah, around here, you can. But, some of the bigger warehouses won't let you unless you're 18 or have an adult with you.
