Sorry, no faking a positive test. Have her get an amniocentesis done. That will determine paternity prior to birth. Otherwise, get a paternity test as soon as baby is born.
Good Luck!

Boy you and many of the answerers are lacking in some basic science education. A home-pregnancy test, as well as the tests the doctors use in the lab (blood or urine) test for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a hormone that only occurs during pregnancy. After the 5th or 6th month of pregnancy, the woman's body actually doesn't need this anymore and most women will test negative on a home pregnancy test while 7, 8, and 9 months pregnant. She could not have faked the test without some serious prescription hormone therapy. The woman is pregnant. At four months pregnant, She wouldn't be showing unless she was way too skinny and she probably wouldn't even feel the baby moving yet, although she may. Some women have periods for the first three months of their pregnancy and don't know it until the fourth month, or she may not have known how to tell you. In any event, hang on, you won't be able to test to see if the baby is yours until he/she is born. The woman is pregnant though, get used to it. If there is a chance that this baby is yours, you only get one chance to experience the pregnancy with her so I would take it. There is only one first ultrasound, only one pregnancy to hear the heartbeat for the first time or feel the baby move etc.

If you haven't slept with her in four months I would be wondering if it was yours why it has taken so long for her to realise she is pregnant with your baby, she would have started to question things ages ago when her period was late. Go to a doctor and go to an ultrasound with her, you will soon find out if she is pregnant and if so, how far along she is. It is not uncommon for women to not show earlier on in the pregnancy, it is really just fluid and bloating at the 4 month stage. She would have to be pretty nutty to fake a pregnancy test because what is she gonna do in nine months when there is no baby? Good on you for making the comment you will take responsibilty if it is yours, but given the history of lying you say this girl has, you should make sure you are positive it is yours... Good luck...

Well, I don't know of anything else she could have put on it besides someone else's urine. But, if you haven't slept with her in 4 months, and she is pregnant, I would wait it out. When she has the baby, do not sign the birth certificate. That waives all rights to a DNA test unless you pay for it. After she has the baby, if she tries to get child support you can request a DNA test. Then you will know for sure. Otherwise, you may be able to call your local child support office and request a DNA test after the birth. if this baby is proven to be yours after DNA, you can then go and sign the birth certificate. Good Luck, but if it's been 4 months, she should have known by now she was pregnant, and most likely, it's not yours. When she goes for her ultrasound they will tell her how far along she is, maybe go with her. if it's less than 4 months I think you're safe. Also, when she goes to the Dr. it is not your responsibility to pay for it. Her insurance should pay for it, especially if it's not your child. Don't get stuck with a hefty ultrasound bill if it's not even your baby.

Some internet sites advertise:
"Have Fun with a Fake Pregnancy Test
A False Positive Every Single Time!
We also have fake medical test kits which may be customized and Fake Ultrasounds !!"
The ad continues to say:
"Scare the Absolute B-Jesus Out of Your Boyfriend
with a Fake Pregnancy Test!"
Also from the website:
------------------------------
In the Kit...
What the heck's in the test kit, anyhow?
Each kit contains all the goodies you need to utterly convince your mark the test they're taking is legitimate. Contents include sterile pads to wipe your pee-pee, complete instructions, some medical gibberish that will totally confuse your victim, a little urine collection vial, the test strips themselves, etc. etc..
Each kit contains supplies for two complete tests---your victim can take the test twice to be twice as convinced of their affliction, or you can share it with a friend.
If your victim can pee in a cup, they can do this.
Every test will yield a false positive.
The color-matching scale is graduated from yellow to green to dark blue. Unless you're an alien, every subject's natural urine will move the marker past green, which is a positive result in and of itself, and right on to dark blue, which is the "WARNING ZONE" indicating such a strong positive that other anomalies may also be present. When the subject's pee turns the marker dark blue, the instructions advise to freeze the specimen in the freezer (a freezer-acceptable container is provided), then consult a doctor ASAP for further testing. It's up to you to stop them before they make a rush appointment, then spend $75 at the doctor. Or not. Either way, you'll laugh yourself "
Maybe she is using something like this?

The only way I can figure is to have another womans urine who is pregnant. There are only a handful of drugs, all of which you need a scrip from a doctor for, could cause a pregnancy test to come up positive. But even then she'd have to be taking the drugs & I'm guessing she'd have to be taking them for a while for the test to come up positive. But I'm 4 months pregnant myself & not showing at all. So showing alone can't be judged.
If you want to know for sure, insist on taking her to the doctor appointment. If she is pregnant, you also have the right to request a DNA test when the baby is born.

Possibly she is pregnant by someone else. Here's my suggestion: Go to a doctor! Have them test her and then do an ultrasound. This will tell how many weeks along she is. If you don't have the money for a doctor, look in your phone book for a planned parenthood... They give FREE testing and usually free ultrasounds. Don't leave her side throughout the exam. Make sure that the doctor or ultrasound technician tells you how far along she is. If she is not yet 15-16 weeks then you know it belongs to someone else.
Very Best Wishes!

As far as I know, you can't fake a pregnancy test. As to her not showing and the last time you two were together was four months ago, doesn't mean a thing. I didn't start showing until I was 7 months pregnant. And my husband's cousin had two kids and never got bigger than a size 3. She never showed.

ask her if she has been to a doctor. if so, call the doctor.
if not, offer to take her to the doctor and treat it as if it were real. the doctor will be able to tell you if she is pregnant or not and when she got pregnant.
at least then you will know if she is telling the truth...
i would guess that she is actually pregnant, but it may be someone elses child.
if she isn't pregnant, she could have borrowed or rigged a test before she showed up to show you.
