Go to your local hardware store and buy either Raid, or something they can reccomend better that says it is for spiders specifically...Spray every nook and cranny including around any windows and in the closet preferably without your clothes in there. I would try to pick a time that you won't need to sleep in there the same night that you've sprayed...A night on the couch won't hurt...The spray itself needs time to dry and do it's "work",and you can then air the room out opening any doors and windows before you spend time in there breathing the air...
I used to do this to a boat we used to spend weekends on ...No Spiders for me !!!

They make a small unit that can be plugged into the wall and it emits a sound that only the insect can hear. They don't like the sound and there for will stay away. I believe that these can be purchased at a hardware store or possibly a home and garden nursery.

They have those bombs you can set off for insects..no worse then sprays but you have to leave the room and stay out for a while. If not that, extermination would be the next step . Is there an entry they are getting in from. If so, seal it up........

spiders are tricky critters. typical pest control will not control them. BUT the good news is most spiders are as harmless as can be, (brown recluse being the exception). you will never see a black widow unless you live under a damp rock. try and give room a good visual inspection before bed and shoo em out/swat em to best of your abilities. if you cant stand it, best call a pro, but even their efforts will be lacking. GL with it!

Use the plug ins that emit a frequency not liked by bugs or mice. Buy them at hardware stores. They are safe for pets.
