First of all, "white" people as you say each act and think differently. Not all asian people act the same, nor do all latin people act the same. It is wrong to stereotype a group of individuals. "White" people come from many different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. Act like yourself and who cares what other people think!

How does this come up in conversation with your friends. If you are white, then however you act is how white people act. If I am white, however I act is how white people act ...
... and so on, and so on.
I have to tell you, you come across like you are trying to overcompensate for being white. Just be who you are, and the rest of us will too, OK?

Everyone acts the same no matter what color, heritage. We all are true to ourselves.
If the world could get past the PAST and become one there would be no problem.
You may be rapping which most caucasions can't do a good job of or using street language, but again that's not just black or white but every color

I concur with most of the answers. Southern people have their own special dialect as do northern. People who dwell in swamp lands sound much different than those from Boston or those from Texas.
Moreover, all of the fore mentioned people are white. So, my question is which white people do you wish to emulate?

Put your bare arm over a piece of typing paper. Do you match the paper? Then you are not white! No one is truly white- even Albino people appear to have a pink cast to their skin.
You are unique and however you decide to act, think, believe or be is what make you you. Screw what "other people" think. If you aren't hurting yourself or others, then go for it- be YOU!

To what? is what I'd want to know. That's too broad of a question not to mention very racist. Don't worry about how a "White" person should act or anything that somone says. Be your self.

you're not rascist
actually I think you're aware
"I quite like that" is something only a white person would say
and they think it's the right way to say it.
But as an author I have to say the slipping standards of grammar is horrible. If you're going to write seriously it should be seen seriously.
art was serious once, now it's a few weirdly mixed colours on a canvas
There is no romance in music any more. you almost have to go back to Motown tohear music.
In my country text language has been approved for school tests !
