It sounds like you may be having some vertigo, which can be related to your inner ear. In order to correctly diagnose a condition, much more testing needs to be done. Non invasive, just at an ENT clinic. Make an appointment with a neurotologist, it is a neurologist whom specializes in the ear nerves, which can be the source of vertigo. It may be as simple as needing a maneuver in order to line up the calcium deposits within the cochlea. Good luck.

Could be a LOT of things. A few possibilities are a blood sugar problem, a passing virus, pregnancy (only if you've got the appropriate equipment for that of course), dehydration, vertigo or panic attack. It could be serious or not at all...make a Dr. appointment to get checked out ASAP. If you lose consciousness or have difficulty breathing call 911 IMMEDIATELY. In the mean time, try drinking some peppermint tea (very good for nausea) and as much water in small sips as you can tolerate. If you're not urinating clear, you're dehydrated at least to some extent. Sit in a cool room with your head supported, hold your head still, close your eyes and take slow deep breaths.

Could be a number of things. Have you had these symptoms for a long time? Are you on drugs? The only answer I can give you is to see your doctor as soon as possible.

You are either pregnant or have mono.
Either way, schedule with your doctor.
