You mean you wanna overclock your PC, well that's pretty unsual to do on a Core Duo. If you really wanna overclock your PC you must consider some really good cooling system for your PC because this may generate crazy amounts of heat.
Well, if u're all set then it will be much safer if i show you the video tutorial of overclocking your PC, since the options for overclocking might be different for your BIOS.

If you want sheer cpu speed, you can overclock it. But better read first some basics of overclocking so that you will understand the significance and effect of every adjustment that you will make and so that you will not be surprised by sudden BSODs. You might pick up some pointers here:
