tup (1) 1mL of water placed on top of the mercury,(2) 1mL of suger placed on top of the mercury,(3) and 1mL of NaCl placed on top of the mercury, which one is higher and the lower??

The level of the mercury will be lowest with the water, a bit higher with the sugar but highest with the NaCl, because this lowers the vapour pressure of the water the most.
